Roles
o Contact shippers/exporters regarding new shipments and request commercial documents
o Deal with overseas agents on new shipments and keep them updated on the progress
o Register the jobs in the CW
o Book in shipments with co loaders shipping lines
o Organise the pickup of the cargo with couriers/transport companies
o Organise the export documents and send to overseas agents for confirmation
o Send confirmed documents to shipping lines/co loaders
o Invoice out clients
o Send pre alert documents and invoices to overseas agents/customers once shipments are complete
o Quote customers/agents (If required)
o Solve any operational issues that may come up or ask me to assist if required
